Has “Diversity” Become a Dirty Word?

Diversity has become a complicated. Hasn't it?

For many teams, it feels charged or political before the real conversation even starts.

But it doesn’t have to be.

At CultureTalk, we use 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 as a more human and neutral way into these conversations — a lens that gets beneath the surface to our motivations, patterns, and lived experiences.

During our 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 Certified 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹, we ran a Diversity & Belonging session, and the feedback was powerful.

People shared that using Archetypes brought nuance and depth — and helped them see things about themselves they’d never named before.

That’s why our Archetype profiles “never gather dust.”
Every time we revisit them, something new clicks.

One of the most memorable moments came when we explored our latent or lower-scoring Archetypes.

Our latent or lower-scoring Archetypes can uncover unconscious biases.

Someone suddenly recognized how she had misunderstood Sage energy for years… and ended up apologizing to “any Sages on the call.”

It opened up such a generous, grounded conversation.

This is 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 — understanding our stories at the Me, We, and Us levels so we can create more connection and belonging … without the charged language.
