Ted Davis helps managers become leaders and leaders develop the people who will carry their organizations forward.

Through Grace Strategic Services, Ted partners with executives and organizations to strengthen leadership, clarify strategy, improve performance, and build cultures where people can do their best work. His approach connects the human side of leadership with the practical systems and disciplines organizations need to grow.

Ted’s work is guided by four priorities: clarify, align, grow, and engage.

He helps organizations clarify their business model, culture, and strategic direction; align leaders, systems, and departments; grow capable leaders and a strong talent pipeline; and engage employees and stakeholders around shared goals.

At the center of his work is a belief that excellent results depend on excellent leadership. Through executive coaching, leadership development, strategic planning, team facilitation, assessments, and employee engagement initiatives, Ted helps leaders translate wisdom into action and create the conditions for others to succeed.

Ted brings more than 50 years of leadership experience to this work, including 22 years as a U.S. Army officer, leadership roles in business, and more than a decade teaching in executive MBA programs at Benedictine College. These experiences have shaped an approach that combines discipline, service, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to developing others.

Ted believes leadership is ultimately an act of stewardship: using resources wisely, developing people intentionally, and creating the clarity and conditions that allow excellence to take root.
