No, completion of Part One: Storytelling & Narrative Intelligence for Leader & Team Development is a prerequisite for Part Two: Storytelling & Narrative Intelligence for Coaching Organizational Change. This foundational knowledge is crucial for the advanced concepts covered in Part Two. Part One; however, can be taken alone and this would fulfill the prerequisite, allowing you to take Part Two at a later date if you wish.

Part One can be independently taken for $1,997. If you wish to continue with Part Two, the total cost for both parts, when bundled, is $2,695, providing a $299 discount. If purchased separately, Part Two costs $997. It is better to say: A one-year membership to CultureTalk and all the materials you need to complete the program are included in the cost of certification.

Yes, payment plans are available for all options. You can opt for a 3-payment plan for Part One, Part Two, or the bundled package. This allows you to spread the cost into three equal installments, making it easier to manage your investment in the program.

Upon completion, you’ll earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), with accreditation from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) is forthcoming. Parts One and Two together provide a total of 39 CEUs. The breakdown is as follows, Part One: 32 CEUs/ Part Two: 7 CEUs. With regard to the ICF, the breakdown is: 23 Core Competency / 16 Resource Development.

Part One is self-paced, allowing you to progress through the on-demand courses at your convenience. Included in the first module of the course are 3 recommended course schedules based on 4, 6, or 8 week completion targets to help you plan your learning. Part One takes around 32 total hours. 

Part Two is delivered as a virtual day-long intensive with a lunch break. We offer a number of date and time options to best accommodate our students. If you don’t see an option that works for you, please reach out. The program is designed to fit around your schedule, with the flexibility to complete it in a way that best suits your professional commitments.
