Through coaching, workshops, and speaking, she helps people communicate with greater honesty, confidence, and humanity.

Her work is grounded in a simple idea: people connect more deeply when they feel seen, not impressed. StorySharing™ helps leaders find the stories already within them and use those stories to strengthen trust, empathy, and connection across teams and organizations. In 2025, Nimarta received two Bronze Stevie® Awards: Female Coach/Mentor of the Year and Female Thought Leader of the Year for her work advancing StorySharing™ as a more human approach to leadership communication.

Nimarta brings nearly two decades of experience in brand strategy, storytelling, and marketing, including work with organizations such as Unilever and Woolworths. That background gives her a strong understanding of how stories shape perception, meaning, and behavior, and why the most powerful narratives are often the ones that feel most human.

She uses CultureTalk to help leaders and teams understand the deeper motivations and patterns behind their stories, giving people another lens for exploring identity, communication, and connection.
