Martin has worked in the areas of organizational and leadership development within the economic development industry over the past 30-plus years.

Along the way, Martin has worked in the private sector in the areas of land and property development and small business acceleration. His work has encompassed assisting the largest corporations in the world to locate new facilities to develop and innovate government and private sector programs to assist small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Today, he consults with those same organizations to develop leaders, create desirable cultures and develop strategies to grow and expand their operations.
