I spent my career helping students learn knowledge and skills to be college and career ready, developing existing and new programs to prepare students for their futures, and schools to improve systems to help students be successful. Now my passion is helping businesses connect to these successful students and create a seamless pipeline of talent. I also help businesses grow their own pipeline of talent if there are no available program connections.
We don’t stop at hiring quality employees. We also work with businesses to help develop and retain employees as well as help leaders to manage employee systems. A full assessment of workforce systems provides information on how to reorganize people or systems to improve business growth and profit.
