As part of the Culture & Communications team at DataBank, I support initiatives focused on culture, engagement, mentorship, and organizational effectiveness. Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to people-centered work including training, onboarding, team development, and creating positive employee experiences.

I enjoy collaborating across departments, learning about what motivates people, and helping foster environments where employees feel connected, supported, and empowered to grow. Outside of work, I enjoy creative projects, community involvement, photography, and event planning.
