Fatima Hassan

Fatima Hassan is a Facilitator, Human Resources Consultant and co-founder of HR Footprints in Johannesburg, South Africa. She uses her human resources and training expertise to generate functional solutions that help Organizations overcome the hurdles in the path of people and teams discovering their potential.

Fatima supports executive teams with crystallizing their strategies and gaining an appreciation of how the Organization’s culture enables or inhibits the strategy and results. She also facilitates honest conversations to promote diversity and inclusion, resolves conflict and works with teams to foster collaboration. Passionate about making a difference, she facilitates learning aimed at capacitating people to harness their people related skills.

She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Industrial Sociology from the University of Witwatersrand and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Wits Business School. She is well versed with South African employment law, and promotes fair people practices which support employee engagement and an overall positive employee experience. She works with Organizations who value people and want to make a positive difference in the lives of employees.

A lover of words and how people connect, she enjoys getting lost in a good book (often about people connecting) and being mum to her kids.
