Diana Urbina

As an Executive Identity Strategist, coach, and culture consultant, Diana works with leaders who sense a gap between the strength of their strategy and the reality of how their teams are operating. She helps them move beyond overwhelm, avoidance, and performative alignment to create environments where people think clearly, speak honestly, and work together with greater trust and intention.

At Sharro Solutions, Diana supports executives and senior teams through coaching, team development, facilitated experiences, and identity-driven leadership frameworks. Her work often focuses on what is happening beneath the visible performance of a team: the conversations no one is starting, the agreements no one made consciously, and the patterns people have learned to navigate around rather than address.

Diana brings more than 25 years in leadership, strategy, organizational development, and culture, including serving as Head of Executive Coaching and Delivery Services at Blanchard and spearheading OD and  culture transformation initiatives at Microsoft. That experience gives her a grounded understanding of the pressures leaders face and the complexity of creating meaningful change inside organizations.

She uses CultureTalk to give leaders and teams a shared language for exploring identity, motivation, communication, and culture. By making hidden patterns more visible, Diana helps people understand not only how they are leading today, but what their leadership is making possible for others.
