The Culture Talk Survey that my husband and I took has been immensely helpful in understanding who we are, what we need and how we communicate. In addition, seeing my own personality type in writing I can better understand my role in my work place and how I respond to others around me. I could see how this tool is meaningful both personally and professionally. I plan to have each of my four children participate as well. I could always use more insight as a parent.

The ability to understand to understand who you are and how you behave in the workplace is invaluable. You can strengthen your family or work culture by starting right here with your family and/or your work colleagues. Do not miss this valuable opportunity to learn techniques to improve you communication and understanding at home and in the workplace. As an advocate of a more neutral divorce process, I believe couples who want to maintain neutral for their children will be well-served too by understanding what may be their ex partner’s trigger points so they may learn how to create a healthier environment for themselves and their children. It is possible to do better when you have more information in separation and divorce. This is a great place to start! If you need more tools in separation and divorce, find us at

  3. Teresa

Taking the CultureTalk survey opened my eyes to some very clear reasons why I tend to get in my own way when getting started on projects in my work and personal life. It turns out one of the tricky parts of having Sage tendencies means that my desire to know all the facts sometimes stops me from just getting started. I have always called myself a procrastinator with such frustration. I never understood why I kept going back to that habit. Knowing why has been helping me cut it out…and that’s just the tip of the iceberg on what I’m learning from my survey results so far!
