Tamara and business partner Elaine Richards have lived and breathed their leadership and culture strategies having grown, managed and sold their own real estate business over a 13-year period, so they know firsthand the challenges that come with running a business and a large team.

Based in Melbourne, Australia Tamara has extensive experience in starting, growing and selling her own businesses. With a Business Degree majoring in marketing, HR and hospitality and her full real estate license, Tamara’s knowledge, experience and passion for business, leadership and culture will benefit any business owner or leader.
