Christopher holds dual Canadian-French citizenship and is an international management consultant with more than 30 years’ experience. Most of his career has been devoted to issues related to introducing effective team management on international, multicultural projects. His experience extends to more than 80 countries worldwide for 100 different organizations and companies.
Before moving into consultancy Christopher spent several years as a field staff member of the Food & Agriculture Organization (part of the UN). Since then he has focused on helping public and private institutions prepare for change (restructuring, acquisitions, privatization, etc.).
Christopher also teaches Intercultural Management in a number of universities at post-graduate level. In the 1990s, Christopher worked as an institutional expert for BCEOM, a French Engineering company specialized in global infrastructure projects. During this period, he undertook many missions in developing countries, focusing on auditing and improving management practices. He then joined ICM Associates in Paris, a management consultancy specialized in accompanying companies in post-merger cultural integration (i.e. Total-Elf, Sanofi-Synthelabo, BNP-Paribas, ExxonMobil).
In 2002, Christopher set-up Pro*Dev Consultants. He has undertaken many missions involving privatization (i.e. Jordan Petroleum, Haiti Teleco, Polynesian Airlines), merger integration (i.e. ATB, Alcatel-Alenia Space, General Mills, Heineken, Linde), executive team coaching (i.e. Airbus, Societe Generale Bank, Sopra Steria, Coats), management and leadership training (i.e. Bouygues Construction, 3M, Huawei, Tata Communication, Toyota Motors, AB-InBev).

His expertise in diagnostic, solution design, delivery & accompaniment, and evaluation provides an end-to-end approach.
Christopher has a Masters degree in Renewable Energy Engineering (McGill U, Montreal) and an MBA in International Business (Pace U, NYC). He is bilingual French and English and lives in Toulouse, France.
