Build Better Culture has been a vision of mine for many years, finally bringing it to fruition in 2020.

I am a culture enthusiast or what I call an Engagement Engineer. I’m focused on finding creative means to help people find their corporate voice and culture, and tie it in with their day to day lives so they can increase their organizational productivity and joy. My experience starts with an education and learning mindset. If you’re not learning something on any given day, you’re missing out on all the glories the world has to offer.

I’ll work with you to help bring out your workplace engagement and leadership development strategies while framing those conversations around connecting you to your people and workplace culture identity. My goal is to help businesses take the next step in building their strong, lasting culture, tied to their mission and values. My background includes 15+ years of HR and recruitment experience, along with 10 years of sales, leadership and project management experience in academic publishing. I speak corporate, business casual, and casual, but my preference is a mix of straight forward and enthusiastic with a twist of humor. I look forward to learning about your journey!
