Sara Karlen Lacombe is an executive coach and talent consultant with 30 years of experience transforming individuals and organizations when faced with new beginnings. Sara has worked on five continents, including serving in senior human capital positions at Merrill Lynch, Citibank, Accenture, and FTI Consulting where she was responsible for the acquisition of talent, empowering employees to connect with their strengths and potential, and working with each organization around how to unlock and maximize the impact and potential each person has to offer. Her current clients include executives and professionals across five continents from Fortune 500 companies, foundations, fellowship programs, academic institutions, US Government, startups, and small businesses who look to Sara for guidance in leadership, career and organizational transitions.

Sara is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program. She has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and holds a B.A. from William Smith College. In addition, Sara is a member of the International Federation of Coaching (ICF) and is certified to administer Story Typing and Narrative Intelligence (SVSS), The Leadership Circle (TLC) and Myers-Briggs (MBTI). Sara serves on the Board of Monmouth Arts, is a US champion (singles and doubles) in Real Tennis, and has lived in Europe, the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. Her love for learning and a commitment to continued exploration and growth is an asset to both her organizational and individual clients.
