I am an experienced and accomplished high performing senior leader with over 37 years’ global experience specializing in Employee Engagement, Company Culture, and Leadership Development/Enablement across multiple business sectors.

I am a renowned strategic thinker, highly organised and action orientated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. I am devoted to sharing my knowledge and expertise that will ensure employees ‘fall in love’ with their organisations.
