Matthew Dunn is a Performance Development Leader who partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to analyze, construct, and optimize intentional, value-driven performance mindsets.
Having spent nearly ten years as a collegiate soccer coach, Matthew knows both the power of a high-performance culture and how difficult it is to actually build one. With an approach informed by systems thinking, social learning, and dialogic process consulting, Matthew provides leaders with the support they need to make lasting change.
Along with his experiences as a collegiate coach, Matthew’s work as a Performance Coach is further informed by his extensive background in education and continuous improvement. Matthew has passionately led culture development efforts in schools, businesses and athletic teams at the NCAA Division I, II, & III levels.
Matthew holds the United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, is a certified CultureTalk Coach, a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, a graduate of Seth Godin’s altMBA program, a certified DISC coach, a former New York State certified teacher, and is has studied culture performance with professionals from FC Barcelona, one of the world’s most successful professional soccer teams. Matthew is also the host of the wildly popular Performance Rising podcast.
Matthew holds a Master’s of Education from the University at Buffalo and is a Doctor of Psychology candidate in Organizational Leadership Psychology at William James College.
