Join the Partner Community for a chance to connect, collaborate and learn
Against the backdrop of political divisiveness and global crises related to pandemics, war, poverty, immigration, climate change and more, a growing number of conscious leaders are asking: what is the role of business, non-profits and government agencies in solving the challenges of our time?
From the UN’s 17 Sustainable Goals for 2020, to the revised purpose of a corporation promoted by the Business Roundtable, to the 2020 Davos Manifesto calling on leaders to engage all stakeholders in shared and sustained value creation, the world of work is stepping up to the challenge of a bigger vision.
Together with our clients, we are a force for ‘Creating Powerful Momentum’ in the world. We are moving organizations we work with towards higher purpose and authentic engagement. We are awakening individuals and leaders to how they show up in collaborations and with compassion, owning their strengths, growing through blind spots and expanding their own potential.
We’re gathering for our second annual CultureTalk Partner Days! Our agenda will include opportunities to connect with the community, participate in advanced training practicums, and share what we are learning together. This year we are excited to join forces with Nathan Havey of Thrive Consulting Group on a movie preview screening. We are also delighted to welcome coaches who have trained with Cindy Atlee of the Storybranding Group to be part of the CultureTalk Partner Days experience!
Choose between two event passes for yourself, and purchase stand-alone tickets for clients, family members and friends.

“Come Clean” is the ideal story for this moment in time. A global public company in one of the world’s dirtiest industries decides to become a paragon of environmental stewardship, embarking on “Mission Zero” — a promise to entirely eliminate their negative environmental impact by the year 2020 — not as a marketing ploy, but because they can’t keep doing business as usual and be proud of the world they are leaving for their grandchildren.
The story of how the culture got behind this vision is a playbook for other large companies to do the same. Oddly, the Interface example is still mostly unknown. Even people who know the story well don’t know the tale in all its fascinating twists and turns, including the incredible events that led to the company’s current game-changing carbon strategy.
Enjoy light fare and drinks at King Center Recital Hall on the Auraria Campus in downtown Denver. Meet the filmmakers, some key members of the Interface team and learn more about this powerful story as it continues to evolve.
The film is not scheduled to premiere until September, however, the filmmakers are seeking feedback from the Culture Talk community in order to test reaction and make refinements in advance of submitting it to major festivals in North America, Europe and Asia.
This event is open to the clients, frinends and family members as a stand-alone event, or in-conjunction with the June 5th Beyond Zero Workshop.
The story of Interface’s dramatic transformation as chronicled in the new documentary ‘Come Clean’ was 25 years in the making. But the first six years into ‘Mission Zero’ – a promise to eliminate any negative impact on the environment – were critical to aligning the team around that urgent purpose and transforming the workplace culture.
Join a team of experts who were part of that transformation as they take you through an experiential workshop focused in facilitating change by following in the footsteps of nature. The workshop will provide both inspiration and a playbook on how to help organizations make sustainable shifts in their business practices.
*The Beyond Zero Workshop is open to the public as a stand-alone event, or in-conjunction with the June 4th ‘Come Clean’ Documentary Review. You can purchase Pre-Conference tickets for prospects, clients, friends and familiy members. You will be able to purchase the Pre-Conference Events as part of the All-Inclusive Partner Day Ticket.
We’ve opened six slots on this year’s stage to hear from our Partner Community! Inspire us through a 20-minute presentation as you share your perspectives and case studies on the topic of powerful momentum – why it is important, how you help create it, and how it flows through you to create real change in the world.
Our June 5th Kick-off session will include:
Join us for a special dinner with the Partner Community! This evening promises to be a time of celebration and connection.
